Situated in the heart of Bishopscourt is this picturesque property in Cape Town, South Africa, with views overlooking Devils Peak and Kirstenbosch gardens. The project was also known as the 'Tennis Court House', our client wanted to extend a small cottage on their property, which had a tennis court next to it. The cottage was extended by almost double its original size taking up half of the original tennis court that neighbored it.
